Refund Policy

The full report is a one-time $4.99 payment, and it is delivered to you the moment you pay. Because you receive the report immediately, we do not offer refunds once your report has been successfully generated and delivered. You can read it as many times as you like through your permanent link.

There is one exception. If something breaks on our side and your report fails to generate correctly, you are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours. Just email us with your report ID and we will either fix the report or return your payment — your choice.

To request a refund for a failed report, email support@ratemychance.com within 24 hours of payment and include your report ID. We respond within 24–48 hours.
